1st Annual Cuban Cultural Fest in Tampa

The first annual Cuban Cultural Fest was held today at the Ybor
City Cuban Club in Tampa, Florida.

The
Cuban Cultural Fest was established to celebrate the rich heritage and
traditions of the Island nation that have been nurtured and kept alive by Cuban
Americans living in the Tampa Bay area. 

The festival showcased some of the most
talented Cuban artists and performers in a cultural celebration that introduces
the people of Tampa Bay to an exciting world of talent and culture.

Some
of the performers included urban music duo Alex y Eloy, Children’s troupe ‘La
Colmenita’ who came from Cuba just for the event, Los Inmortalez, Dancing
greats ‘The Untouchables’ from “America’s Got Talent” , Spathose fashion show
and also from Cuba Arte y Moda Fashion Show.

In
addition the fest included: A Cuban art exposition, music, food, dancing,
family fun, a cigar lounge and a beauty pageant.
