The Adam Lippes for Target collection consist of more than 50 items inspired by buffalo plaid including apparel (the shoes are to die for), accessories, home goods and they even made goods for your pets.

Adam Lippes is an American fashion designer from Buffalo, New York. He started his fashion career in 1995 at Polo Ralph Lauren before moving on work closely with Oscar de La Renta. In 2004 he created his own label called Adam + Eve, the company started mostly offering cotton basics but now it is a luxury lifestyle brand known as Adam Lippes and it is also known for its “Quality above else approach”. According to his website “His inspirations and passions include art, architecture, interiors, antiques, textiles, gardens, travel, philanthropy and dogs”.
Executive vice-president and chief merchandising and supply chain officer for Target Kathee Tesija, said this about the collaboration when she was asked why, out of so many patterns Target choose plaid: “When we started to think about fall, we knew we wanted to do something special, something that would usher in the season in a way that only Target could. Plaid has been a defining element of style for every generation, and we felt it would be the perfect centerpiece for this design moment: it can be both fun and fashionable, so it offered us a lot of flexibility as we thought through ways we could bring it to life for our guests”.
The prices for the Adam Lippes for Target collection range from $1.99 to $179.00. Check out the collection at your local Target store or go online at See pictures of the lookbook below, what do you guys think of the collection? Did you already shop? Let us know in the comments , let’s chat!!.
