Every time plus size blogger Gabifresh launches a new collection of swimsuits for Swimsuits For All it gets better and better. From the quality, the colors, the styles of the swimsuits and of course the campaigns. For her latest collection “Power Play”, Gabi enlisted the help of everyday women (not professional models) to join her shooting the campaign. She held a casting call and over 500 women showed up. Of the 500 women, she picked 9, each one representing a different size from 10 to 26.
The 18-piece collection (16 swimsuits and 2 coverups) was shot at the iconic Santa Monica Pier in California and it includes bikinis, one-piece swimsuits and coverups, ranging in price from $78 to $135.
With so much talk about diversity in fashion, Gabi is not just talking about it, she is doing something about it. I love seeing all sizes of women represented in this campaign. Not just the different sizes but the different ethnicities too.

Gabi said about the new collection in a press release: “I am constantly motivated and inspired by my followers. Their support means the world to me and to have so many people come out for this casting call was truly a mind-blowing experience. This collection is all about bringing to life the fun, flirty, playful spirit of summer. These nine women had no problem showing that side of themselves! My hope is that this campaign, featuring such a beautifully diverse group, will encourage others to feel confident and have fun in a swimsuit, regardless of their race, size or shape”.
