Avenue Unveils New Confidence Series Campaign #yourconfidenceisshowing

Plus size retailer Avenue unveiled this week their new “Confidence Series” campaign for Fall/Winter 2018 right on time for Fashion Week. The new campaign aims to highlight the stories of real women as an inspiration to all women and it features 4 amazing women including: Choreographer Mia Michaels, Comedian Erica Faye Watson, Editor-in-Chief of Plus Model Magazine Madeline Jones and Singer Yoli Mayor.

These ladies also made the cover of Plus Model Magazine September 2018 issue. They are going to be feature on Avenue’s website, social media platforms and are going to host an in-store fashion show on September 22nd (details on that coming soon).

Avenue is listening to their customers and the plus size industry by featuring inspirational women in their campaigns, as well as diverse women, not only in ethnicity but also in size.

Erica Watson said in a press release: “What Avenue is doing is revolutionary! As a size 28 woman, I am so excited to be part of this series. This is the first time I’ve ever seen a woman my size in a national campaign and I LOVE it. This is what people want.”

Avenue wants to encourage all women to participate in the campaign and you can do so by posting a photo of yourself on Instagram using the hashtag #yourconfidenceisshowing and sharing with all of us what confidence means to you.
