Designer Christian OmeShun Spring/Summer 2017 collection is dropping this Friday March 17th, and we have an exclusive first look at the collection.
I am loving the color combinations of the cobalt blue with the hot pink. The looks are very interchangeable, from midi skirts, tops and trousers. According to a press release the inspiration for the collection was the “Sophisticated Minimalist who loves Ready To Wear pieces that are completely interchangeable”. Christian also added: “My goal was to create fashion that makes a statement but keeps your closet to a minimum. I believe this was achieved by creating staple silhouettes that you can take from season to season!Β I love being able to go from day (the office) to night (happy hour) in my garments! I believe we were able to achieve just that with our capsule collection”.

I love supporting independent designers and I can definitely see myself wearing some of these pieces. I am also loving the head wraps, very African inspired and the Caftan is fabulous, great color too.
