Look #1 of 2018: My First Combat Boots
Hola Estrellitas! Happy New Year 2018! I wish you guys all the best in the new year, especially: Love, Happiness, and Prosperity. 2018 is going to be our year, let’s claim it guys.
This is my first Blog post of the new year and I am hyper. I have so many goals for 2018, including: More outfit posts, start my own EFR Shop here on the site, do more exclusive interviews, attend events in different cities throughout the USA and even in other countries if possible, travel more of course and much, much more. This year is going to be epic, I have a great feeling about it.
As you can see from the pictures on this post, I am on the boots train and I can’t even explain to you guys how excited I am that I purchased my first combat boots last year during the holidays. I wanted a pair of combat boots very badly for a very long time, but I always thought that my legs were too thick to wear them. The other day, I walked into my local Torrid store and they had them on sale and I said to myself: You know what Farrah, you must buy them! and I did.
That was the best purchase I made last year and that’s saying something because I bought a lot of things last year. The reason I say that is because it’s not about the boots, it’s about what it meant to buy them. Just to break free of taboos and “Complejos”. No matter how big or small you are, we all have them. I have to remind myself sometimes that my size shouldn’t stop me from wearing what I want to wear. We all forget sometimes.
