Hola Estrellitas! Yesterday, I wore this very elegant, long, navy blue lace dress from Torrid to a Sweet 15 Birthday Party for one of my cousins. Torrid was kind enough to gift me this dress a few months ago and I was waiting for the perfect occasion to wear it.
Torrid has some really great dresses, don’t sleep on them and check them out. Navy blue is a very underestimated color in my opinion. Everyone always thinks black when they want to buy a dress to go out at night but, I love Navy Blue more. I mean, you can never go wrong with black but why not try something different. I like to be different.
This dress is perfect to wear to a wedding, to the prom, a Sweet 15 or 16 Birthday Party, a cocktail party, your workplace holiday party etc…Think Party! when you wear this dress. What I like the most about it is the V neckline and that the lace is super stretchy. The contrast binding on the bodice accentuates my cleavage and my waist. The floor sweeping length also adds drama to the look.
Accessories are a must and I added silver jewelry and a glitter clutch to compliment the shoes.

I love the Navy Blue alternative–so refreshing from the formal first choice black. I usually lean toward black because that’s what I see most, so it’s nice to know there are other shades to consider.
