Hola Estrellitas! We are often told that plus size women can’t wear stripes and that they cannot wear fitted dresses. I disagree completely with this. I wear what I want, as long as I like it and I am comfortable with it. I don’t normally wear fitted, bodycon dresses because I am a little self-conscious about my belly but this particular one from Burlington, I am in love with.

I like the texture, the print, and the way the stripes are placed, it camouflages my belly. The length is also great. I like dresses that are a little long because of my big booty, dresses tend to go up in the back if they are too short. I also don’t like fidgeting all day trying to pull down my dress, not cute.

I honestly had a lot of fun this 4th of July holiday weekend sharing these great looks with all of you.
