OOTD: Wearing Boots in Florida
Hola Estrellitas! A lot of people I know, make fun of us Floridians when we wear boots because they say that it doesn’t get cold enough here for us to wear them. Well, this week and the next are the perfect example why you shouldn’t worry about that and go ahead and wear them. It is actually in the low 40s and 60s this week here in Tampa and to me that’s boots weather, right?.
It may not get as cold as in other parts of the country here in Florida but to us, 40 degrees it’s pretty cold when we are used to 90-degree weather. I am an island girl and therefore “warm blooded”, so cold weather is not for me. I prefer Fall weather, where it is cool but not freezing cold.
Now let’s talk outfit, shall we? Yes! I paired my boots with a baby doll top, red jeans (which I adore), a super cute cross-body bag, a beanie, and a sexy choker. This is a very different look for me but I was feeling sassy, you know, “New Year, New Me”. I also did my own makeup using Fenty Beauty products. I’m pretty proud of that. My makeup skills are getting better and better. I guess watching hours and hours of YouTube makeup videos has helped me but also practice does make perfect.
