Hola Estrellitas! It’s Couture week in Paris and I am very excited! The couture shows are my favorites. Just because I am a plus size woman, it doesn’t mean that I can’t enjoy couture or be inspired by Haute Couture. Fashion is Art to me and like a painting or a sculpture, it is beautiful to watch and appreciate.

Ralph & Russo is always giving me life during couture week in Paris. Their designs are just super feminine, elegant and sexy. With over 50 looks this season, the Ralph & Russo Fall 2017 Couture Collection included a lot of white, nude, metallics and black looks, adorned with opal and gold crystals, sequins, pearls, feathers, gold embroidery, and plissé organza flowers.

Closing the show in a show-stopper wedding gown was Indian Actress Sonam Kapoor. According to Vogue.com the gown took 6,000 hours to complete and it was all hand-embroidered of course! Made of Champagne Chantilly lace with a double duchess overskirt, the train had silver and gold embroidery, florals, sequins, and pearlescent micro beads, simply stunning.
