Fashion designer Prabal Gurung has collaborated with TOMS for a new collection titled “From Nepal with Love”.
The TOMS x Prabal Gurung collaboration will be “raising funds and awareness for the Shikshya Foundation Nepal and the rebuilding of Nepal, Prabal’s home and inspiration for his designs”.
For every purchased made, TOMS is going to donate $5 to the Shikshya Foundation Nepal, a foundation the Prabal Gurung is a Brand Ambassador of and that helps educate underprivileged children and also help in the aid relief efforts in Nepal after the devastating Earthquake. As always, for every shoe you purchase TOMS is also going to give a new pair to a child in need as part of their ONE for ONE campaign.
Gurung had this to say about the collaboration: ” What excites me about collaborating with TOMS is our shared believe in inspiring others and giving back. We are coming together to make a difference in the world by what we do”.
The collection includes 4 styles in Prabal signature colors: Black, white and red. The prices of the shoes ranges from $59 for the classic TOMS alpargata to $129 for suede with faux fur boots.
