I’ve come a long way and there still a lot more

I’ve come a long way and there still a lot more work to be done 💪🏋️‍♀️ Down 112 pounds. I have so many take aways along this journey.
💟 It’s a lifestyle not a race.
💟 Don’t compare your journey to others
💟 Keep doing the work, stay consistent. Don’t give up.
💟 Stay positive.
💟 Surround yourself with people who want to see you win and that are genuinely happy for you, your health and well-being. You may need to cut ties with some negative people. It’s ok for your mental and physical health. Drop them like dead weight.
💟 Self sabotaging is real. Regroup and get back at it. It’s normal to feel weird. Change takes time.
💟 Don’t feel guilty for feeling good and sharing your happiness with others. Those who really love you will be happy for you no matter what.
💟 Celebrate ALL wins even the small ones. A win is a win and progress is progress.
💟 Be open minded and try new things. Like anything in life, you’ll never know what you are going to like unless you try it.
💟 You don’t owe anyone an explanation about your body or your health. That’s for you and God or your Doctor lol 😂 to talk about. Do it if you want to but know that you don’t have to. There is a reason why we have HIPPA laws in this country. Share what you want to share on your own time. Don’t feel pressure to put your business on social media. You don’t have to. Those who need to know, know. 🤷‍♀️
💟 Thankful 🙏 for the help I’ve gotten along the way from friends, family, Doctors, trainers, books, google, Instagram lol 😂 Research, research! Do the work but also do homework 📚. There is a lot to learn.
💟 Finally, happiness doesn’t come in a specific weight or size. Do the physical work but also the mental one too.

It’s never too late to change your life around or take a detour. You are not dead yet so there is still time. Seek help, reach out, research and don’t be ashamed. No regrets! The best is yet to come as usual. Stay healthy my friends. 💪🏋️‍♀️💚
