Look #12 of 2019: Blazers & Jeans In Collaboration With Blogger Melissa Whitney
Hola Estrellitas! I love wearing a blazer with jeans, it’s one of my favorite looks to wear and when I asked fellow Tampa plus size blogger Melissa Whitney of the Blog “Melissa Whitney Plus” to join me and take pictures with me wearing a similar look, she was super excited because she also loves that look.
I am really into collaborating with other bloggers, it’s something that I started doing last year and you guys seem to respond very well to it. I met Melissa in person for the very first time when we did this shoot last week and we got along really well (We have been Instagram friends for a while now). We live in the same city, have a bunch of mutual friends but we have never met before, crazy right? I’m so glad that we met and collaborated together, she is a sweetheart. I have to say that we had a lot of fun doing this shoot, she was great! and big shout out to her husband for taking our pictures and being so patient with us.

Before I go, I want to tell you guys a little bit about my jeans. The jeans that I am wearing cost $80 dollars, that’s a bit pricey for me but they are worth every penny. Ladies, it is better to invest in pieces that will last longer, that you can wear season after season, and that you know that are not going to fall apart the first time that you wash them. I love this high-rise straight jean in a classic dark wash because of their Tighter Tummy Patented T3 Technology. They have a reinforced high-rise panel that helps slim your tummy and smooths your waist. I don’t know about you, but I have a big tummy and I can use all the help I can get. These jeans are some of the best jeans that I’ve ever bought from Lane Bryant.
