Look #9 of 2018: Purple Wrap Dress
Hola Estrellitas! Purple or Ultra Violet to be exact, it’s Pantone’s Color of The Year for 2018. I have been dying to wear something in that color, but I am going to be honest with you guys (as always), I don’t own anything purple. It is not a color that I normally buy and that is why chose this dress from Catherines Plus.
I love wrap dresses and with this one, I decided to wear a belt. Belts are a lifesaver in my opinion. I like cinching my waist, it makes me feel secure and more confident. I also think that adding a belt to this dress makes it look more sophisticated, it really elevates the look.
I thought that purple would look good with black & white and that is why I wore a black & white polka dot belt and striped shoes. The clutch was a Christmas gift from a really good friend. I love stars! Anything to sparkle and shine.
