Hola Estrellitas!! Midi length dresses are one of my favorite type of dresses to wear. This particular one that I am wearing today, was gifted to me by Swak Designs. As a plus size woman and blogger, it is important to me to show variety and options, especially for us that are on the larger side of plus. I also want to inspire confidence in you guys. No matter what size you are at this moment, love yourself and practice self-care.
I love Swak Designs dresses, they are very affordable, comfortable and one of my favorite things about Swak is that they cater to plus size fashionistas up to a size 6x. Don’t be afraid to try prints ladies, I normally wear what I like. I don’t necessarily follow trends or care about fashion rules. I break the “Rules” all the time!.
Today is Valentine’s Day and I wanted to let you guys know that if you are single, don’t forget to pamper yourself. Go shopping, get your nails done, buy flowers for yourself or chocolate, it’s not weird, it’s a treat. Go out with your girlfriends if you can and have fun.
If you are in a relationship, you should celebrate Valentine’s Day every day. Your partner should be your best friend and you should show love for each other on the regular. You don’t need a holiday to show love and affection. Go out on dinner dates once a month, or to the movies. My husband for example, knows that I love flowers and at least twice a month he buys flowers for me. In turn, I try to cook his favorite meal at least once a week because I know that he enjoys my cooking. It is the little things that make a big difference in a relationship. I am by no means, a relationship expert but I am speaking from the heart and sharing my personal experiences with you guys.
With that being said, dust yourself off, get dressed up and like my friend says: Let your freak flag fly!…LOL…Have an amazing day!
