Torrid Teams Up With ‘Project Runway’ to Create a Betty Boop Collection
Plus size retailer Torrid teamed up with Lifetime’s Project Runway to create a Betty Boop Collection inspired by the winning design from this week’s Project Runway All Stars challenge. The challenge for the designers was to create a fresh, modern look for cartoon icon, Betty Boop.
The winner of the challenge was designer Joshua McKinley, and his designed served as the visual inspiration for the Torrid collection.

Betty Boop is such a fun animated cartoon character, she is iconic. The 5-piece collection includes a sexy red dress, a flirty full skirt, a cardigan and two graphic tees. The prices of the items range from $39 to $75 and is available in sizes 00 to 6 (M to 6X).
